Sea Buckthorn Effervescent — 20 Tablets
Each tablet provides 500 mg of Hippophae rhamnoides, also known as sea buckthorn extract.

Vitamin C with L-Glutathione — 20 Tablets
Each tablet provides 500 mg L-Glutathione and 80 mg Vitamin C as L-Ascorbic Acid. The Vitamin C amount equals 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value shown on the label.

Sea buckthorn naturally contains several plant compounds, but this product label only declares 500 mg of sea buckthorn extract. It does not provide measured quantities for Vitamin C, omega fatty acids, carotenoids or flavonoids.

Dissolve one Sea Buckthorn tablet in approximately 100 ml of water once daily.

Dissolve one Vitamin C and L-Glutathione tablet in approximately 100 ml of water once daily.

Allow each tablet to dissolve fully before drinking. They may be taken as part of the same daily routine, but follow the directions on both individual product labels.

Do not exceed one tablet per day from either product.

Both products contain Tartrazine E102. The labels carry the warning that synthetic colours may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
